We make the rental process easy for newly arrived foreigners, and those who are already established in Mexico. Our key services are Lease Negotiation and Aval for Foreigners. You can read more about our services on our Home Page.

How does the referral program work?

We will generate a link that you can share in your network. For any new business we recieve from your link, we will share commission with you.

How much commission can I earn?

For Aval Services: $500 MXN for each applicant.

For Lease Negotiation Services: 25% of our fee. Our standard fee is 50% of one month's rent, so a customer with a $30,000 MXN rent would pay us $15,000 - you keep $3,750 MXN.
