What's included: We will assign a Mexican attorney on our team to negotiate directly with your landlord and we will take as many rounds of negotiation as needed until we get the lease right. We will find the weak points and negotiate for our most recommended clauses which protect you as tenant.
The experience is fully digital - upload your contract and we will get to work. If we have questions we will reach out through the secure customer portal. Once the contract is ready for you to sign, we'll send you the final version for signature and you can begin planning your move.
Fair and simple pricing - This package costs 50% of one month's rent. To get started you will pre-pay half of our fee (or 25% of your monthly rent).
